Spreading Riau or Separating Riau ?

Region Spreading is meant as creating new autonomy region which has purpose to increase the quality of serving to hasten the prosperous of society. According to decision of DPR RI 2nd commision resulted and approved 88 of new autonomy regions in indonesia and 5 regions on Riau. This spreading have gained pro and contra.
      Some people judged it good because it can bring equality in development in Riau province based on UU 1945 about justice for all indonesian, but in other side some think different.in spreading there was an issue about separating between Riai daratan and Riau Pesisir, it can cause people to choose between Riau daratan and Riau Pesisir for them to live.
       So, in spreading Riau, governmet shoul thinl carefully for the good of society, then there will be no riot for the decision.

SOEMAM H,S. LIBRARY

Soeman H,S Library is one of the landmark in pekanbaru, it looks like an opened book. This library is located on jln. Sudirman Pekanbaru and hammed by two luxirous building, those are the governor state building of Riau and bank of Indonesia.
       Soeman H,S Library has 5 floors where each floor has places for visitor to enjoy the fasilities such as books, WI-FI, computer, corner/place to read.
       Besides the  place to read book, this library also has an auditorium that can accommodate more than 300 people. Thia auditorium is called wan ghalib which it is taken from one of the fighters on Riau. Futhermore this building has children library amd kids corner even there are some computer designed for children.
       Thia building has room that can accommodate more than 200 - 250 people. The room can also become a venue for workshop or seminar, named as ruang bedah buku in 3rd floor.
       Also it has room called Chevron Energy Corner which is a special room of PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) and also can be usrd for public. Public can use ot afrer do appeal to CPI Member. This room is located o  4th floor in this building, it hss a few rooms with capacity of 30 people and discussiom room.
